Return policy
Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you received your merchandise (as confirmed by the tracking number). To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition with the hang tag attached, and in the original packaging (inner poly bag and outer postal bag) to prevent damage during return transit.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@ifscarlet.com with your order number, the original purchaser’s full name, reason for the return, and the item(s) you wish to return. Important: Please contact us before sending back merchandise. Returns sent without prior authorization or with a shipment date beyond the 14-day return period (as shown on the tracking number of your return package) may not be accepted, and we cannot guarantee their receipt or processing. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs on unauthorized returns, and the company will not be liable for lost or unprocessed items sent without prior approval.
Return Shipping:
To return your product, please mail it to the address provided in the return authorization email. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Please email us the tracking number once your return package has been shipped. This helps us track the return’s arrival so we can process your return more efficiently.
Return Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. Please allow up to 5 business days for this process to take place. This processing time applies whether you are receiving a refund (excluding shipping charges) or a discount code for future use (for sale item returns that qualify). If the merchandise meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a discount code, which will be emailed to you.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you have done these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ifscarlet.com.
Sale items:
Sale items, whether marked down or purchased using a promo code, are eligible for a discount code upon return. However, items marked as 'Final Sale' or items in the 'Daily Deal' section are not eligible for return or discount code issuance.
Discount Codes for Sale Item Returns:
For eligible sale item returns, we’ll issue a discount code for the return amount, which works like store credit and can be used on your next purchase. Here’s what to know about your discount code:
- Validity: The discount code is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
- Taxes: The discount code does not cover any taxes previously paid, but it can be used to discount taxes on your next order up to the code’s value.
- No Combination: Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions, including free shipping.
- Final Use: Items bought using a discount code issued for a return aren’t eligible for additional returns.
Example: If you return an eligible sale item, you’ll receive a discount code for the value of your item to use on a future purchase, valid for 3 months.
Refund Option with Restocking Fee:
If you prefer a partial refund instead of a discount code, please let us know when you initiate the return by emailing us your request. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges:
In the unlikely event that defective or damaged goods have been sent, please contact us so we can assist you. If you need to exchange the item for the same one, please email us at support@ifscarlet.com for further instructions.
Non-Damages:
Please note that the following conditions do not constitute damages: 1) Color shade difference resulting from variations in monitor resolution. 2) Wrinkling of the product caused during transit. 3) Residual loose threads, which can be shaken off or washed away.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Excessive Returns Policy:
We value our customers and aim to provide flexibility with our return policy. However, to ensure a fair shopping experience for all, we monitor return patterns. While customers are encouraged to return items in line with our store policies, continuous returns can signal potential misuse. Should a customer make three consecutive returns, we may, at our discretion, pause further order processing for that customer. In such cases, a refund will be provided, minus a 5% credit card transaction fee, and the order may be automatically canceled. Additionally, consistent excessive returns in one's order history could result in future orders being auto-canceled in a similar manner. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain a balanced and fair shopping environment for all our patrons.
